Trailblazer Package - Small Meetings

4 hours planning communication with your Coordinator

Up to 8 hours on event date

Become your vendors’ main point of contact including but not limited to finding and securing a meeting venue and catering

We arrive at the venue as soon as it is available

We handle all setup

Manage any emergencies that may arise

Manage and coordinate all supplies, rentals and materials needed

We handle all the cleaning / packing up at the end of the event

Typically, no more than ~20 attendees

Multi-day meetings are staffed at an additional $250 per day
Entrepreneur Package - Large Meetings

8 hours planning communication with your Coordinator

Up to 12 hours on event date

We become your vendors’ main point of contact including but not limited to finding and securing a meeting venue and catering

We arrive at the venue as soon as it is available
